How can a company’s culture be made visible to both employees and outsiders? Can it become something that is experienced as a matter of course? This is a question Sassan Philipp Haschemi explored early on. His studies in civil engineering at RWTH Aachen University and architecture at TH Cologne provided him with only limited answers. From his perspective, the solution lay not in grandiose emphasis but in an approach that integrated architecture, design, and – above all – art into a harmonious entity. It should always be timeless, welcoming, and clear, while also having a distinct profile. Convinced of this idea, Haschemi founded his own consultancy in Frankfurt am Main in 1998, focusing on corporate culture.
Companies, institutions, and even private clients have adopted Haschemi’s concept. Architecture, interior design, and the creation of a corporate collection: when these elements are balanced, they form what Haschemi calls the “spatial work of art.” These are the components that make a company’s culture visible and tangible. Through this subtle emphasis, the spirit and vision of a company remain ever-present, and people are naturally inclined to share it with the world.
